At this studio condominium, my mom and I stayed for a week. We took Home James shuttle service to drive us to Winter Park and we did not have a car in Winter Park. This condo was centrally located to the resort and even had a ski in/ski out on the same level as the condo (condo on fifth floor in building C and ski in/ski out on fifth floor of building D; the two building are connected with a hallway). Ski in/ski out is via a trail called Corridor which is a green slope, but to get to it you have to go to Mary Jane (blue) or Edelweiss+Corona Way (easy blue, almost green). Super useful for skiing and getting home. If you can't ski those slopes, the green Lift bus route (free) picks up at winter park resort and drops off in front of the building or any of the shuttles will drop you off at the beginning of the community (a 3 min walk, we would enter via garage and go to the elevator to not climb stairs with ski gear). Take note that after 5:30 pm only the black lift bus route works and comes by only once an hour (7 minutes past the hour).
The actual condo is super well equipped with anything you may need. It's clean and the Murphy bed mattress is very comfortable (I think memory foam). The heat for the apartment comes from the fireplace/furnace. For us (Floridians) the air was a bit too dry due to heat so we humidified the air a bit by boiling water. Overall our stay was comfortable, the place clean, and the owners super communicative. Thanks for a great stay!
