This unique and lively one-bedroom condominium is ideally situated near downtown and just minutes from Winter Park Resort, which can be reached via the complimentary town shuttle. Located in the 10 to 11 cul-de-sac of the property, it is merely a short walk to the clubhouse and the free town shuttle stop.
