Awesome ski in/out--codes troublesome
Small, clean studio. Worked well for 2 adults and one teen. The enclosed parking garage is first come/first serve which is stated, but what is not stated is where to park once it is full. Vacasa did reply to my text, but sent me a parking app for the entire US. Not helpful. You in snow, ice and late night arrival.

Vacasa/owner were not great to work with
1st night was fine except for the ridiculously long door codes (13 digits!) to get in/out of almost every door on property. After a full day of skiing on our 2nd day, we were locked out of the building and our condo...door codes no longer worked. Couldn't even get into the common restrooms/locker rooms because they also required the door code, which we tried unsuccessfully several times. Waited almost an hour for vacasa to get back to me with new door codes and were finally able to put our skis away, get back in our unit and out of our ski boots/clothes. New door codes were a few digits shorter and worked for the rest of our stay. After a full day of skiing and then sitting on the floor waiting to get into our unit, I looked forward to the hot tub that night. Went down to find that they were closed for "maintenance." Stayed closed the rest of our stay. My adult son didn't care, but I am old and need a good hot tub soak after a long day of skiing and trying to keep up with him. Lastly, when I booked the place, I had asked about leaving our car parked in the lot until we finished skiing the last day at 4:00. Request was not addressed, so I contacted vacasa on our last night to ask again. They told me no, because the parking spot was needed by cleaning/maintenance personnel. I asked them to reconsider, since our condo was not booked for the following night and because we had experienced some issues. They said we could but we might be fined! Thanks a lot. Won't stay here again.
