Amazing location at the base of Winter Park. Enjoy ski in access with a short walk to the front door across the street from the base. Everything you need at the base of Winter Park-Shopping, Dining, Activities. Downtown Winter Park just 2 miles away. Take the Fraser trail in the summer from the base to town.

Condo Features:
This condo is ADA Accessible with wide doors, large bathrooms, and accommodating counter-tops throughout. We welcome all NSCD athletes. The fully stocked kitchen features granite counters and stainless-steel appliances to make après-ski snacks or a full family meal! The dining area has a dining room table that seats six, and there’s room for three more at the counter. The living room includes a sofa sleeper, gas fireplace, large tv, and dvd player. An additional tv is located in one bedroom for individual relaxation. Games and movies are available for use. Off the living room area is a deck to enjoy the summer time sun or fresh winter air. Enjoy a mountain view from the deck and bedrooms.

The Fraser Crossing complex also features one large shared hot tub on the third level outdoor deck. Other amenities include a shared gas grill, fire pit and picnic area. The condo also comes with garage parking ($21/day during ski season and $0 total per stay during non-ski season) with direct lobby access. A pass must be purchased for garage access. Upon booking, we will send the parking website to complete booking.

- Bedroom 1: queen bed, flatscreen TV, private attached bathroom with a tub/shower. (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: king bed, private attached bathroom with a tub/shower. (sleeps 2)

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:
- Deck level outdoor hot tub, grill and fireplace
- No Pets/Smoking
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- A $250 refundable damage deposit will be charged on your card at time of booking.
- Parking: Underground spaces in garage – A parking pass is required. The parking rate is set by the Board of Directors and HOA management company. Parking in the garage is first come first serve. If full, additional cars can be parked overnight in the Village Garage levels 1 & 2, Vintage Lot by the Vintage Hotel, in town at the Cooper Creek parking garage for free, and at the Fireside Grocery Market in downtown Winter Park. Rates for overnight parking are dependent on the season.

- Mountain air does not require air conditioning. Fans are included in the condo for use.

Note: Our cleaning company has limited time between guests to complete cleanings and inspections. We can offer early check-ins and later check-outs at additional cost from our crews if the bookings allow for it.

Ski getaway

We loved our stay in Winter Park! The place was very clean and so convenient to run back and forth from the Gondola at the resort. We prepped meals from the kitchen and enjoyed the patio for some fresh air. The washer and dryer in unit were awesome, felt like home. Host was very accommodating for gear storage around public transportation even with back-to-back check ins. The hot tub in the complex was great after a day of skiing. Would definitely stay again!

You are literally 200 yards from the gondola—comfortable condo—table that seats 6–Lori was great—we had a couple questions and she was always very prompt with her replies.We will definitely stay there again when we ski winter park.

Spacious and great location

This was our family's 4th time to Winter Park and this Unit was definitely our favorite. It's very spacious, comfortable, and had all the kitchen equipment needed to cook a few meals at home. The Unit is ground level with the road and the parking garage door is adjacent to the Unit's front door which made unloading a breeze. The Ski Locker room is also located right outside the unit as well. Its a short walk over to the Gondola and requires no elevator rides. The water pressure in the showers is amazing as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Location Great Stay

My brother and I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. This room was a perfect distance away from the busiest parts of the mountain but just steps away from it all as well. Clean and well supplied rooms and living areas. Hot tubs were hit and miss due to maintenance but when they were open they were great. Great communication with the owners. No surprises!

Cozy condo near the slopes

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Lori & James’s condo! It was both spacious and cozy, with lots of nice touches added for the holidays (decor, Christmas DVD collection). Great location

The location of this condo - ground level and just across from the Gondola - couldn't have been better. The ski locker is located just inside the parking garage so it was easy to grab our gear and go. The condo is a great size for 4 people with 2 BR/2 bath - I think it would have felt a bit crowded with 6. The kitchen is a little on the small size but had everything we needed for the week. In-unit laundry is a huge plus!

Fantastic location and awesome property

This home was perfect for our recent family trip. We loved the location directly across the street from the lifts and direct access to outdoors and garage was so convenient. Lovely Property in Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were just across the street from the Alpine Slide, so we were easily able to come back during the day if needed. The property was clean and well-maintained. No problems. The only difficulty was figuring out how to get into the parking garage, then getting from the garage to the condo itself. But we figured it out. Lots of space and comfortable beds/pillows.

Nicer Than Expected

Pleasantly surprised by this condo. The rooms were larger and nicer than I had expected. The hosts were quick to respond to questions. We were able to park in a handicap stall in underground parking, go out the door in front of the stall, and turn the corner to our condo. My 100 year old mother was able to get around in this condo which has many accommodations for that status. Although we did not cook on our trip, the kitchen seemed to be well stocked for doing so. It's just a short walk to the resort which was amazing when meeting the rest of my family for summer activities. I would stay again if coming back to Winter Park.
