Beautiful place and location
This property had everything we needed! Beautiful, great condition and location was perfect. Walk to the market, snowmobile rental, coffee shop and several restaurants. Love that we had a garage with all the snow we had! Would stay here again!

This place is amazing. Only negative we could find is the upstairs unit above sounded like they were stomping constantly and we had to ask them to be considerate. Could just be the floor and not the heavy steppers constantly walking around.

Winter Park Retreat
This condo has it all! Family-friendly environment with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and wireless internet so you can still log in for zoom calls if needed.
I would also like to point out the attention to detail. Cleaning crew is top notch.

We really liked this unit
Overall we liked this unit and Andy was really easy to work with. We liked the location since it was within a 5-10 minute drive of restaurants and Winter Park resort. The layout of the condo was really good. The only 2 negatives were that when we arrived the unit, it had not been cleaned. Andy dispatched the cleaning crew and they had the unit cleaned by the time we got back from dinner. I'm sure that doesn't happen often but it was a slight negative since we had already started moving our things into the unit and had to reverse course when we realized that we were put our belongs and groceries on the uncleaned counter tops, etc.
The only other negative is that the tenants in the unit above us walked in their ski boots most mornings starting at 7 AM. I know that Andy couldn't do anything about it, I just wish that we had known that before hand. Otherwise we really liked the unit, Andy was great and we would most likely stay in the unit again.

Everything about the condo was great. The one glitch was the Latch app which worked everywhere except on the door into the condo. The code worked so it was no problem. This is a property management problem and not an owner problem.

Beautiful Winter Park condo in a great location
Family of five were all very pleased with the modern unit-comfortable and clean. Kitchen offered just about everything one would need. Terrific location-convenient walk to market, restaurants and trails....easy drive to Rocky Mountain Nat’l Park and other nearby points of interest.
