The house was exactly as described. Very clean, with plenty of amenities. The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking, and the neighborhood was quiet. The location is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and Winter Park Resort. The views were breathtaking. We'd love to stay here again.

Met all our needs for the corporate outing. Kitchen had all the necessary equipment to prepare meals. Clean house and rooms. 2nd time here and will book again in 2026.

wonderful family vacation

A great setup for large family and friends, house was beautiful and in a great location. Able to mingle and separate when needed. Maybe suggest a bigger coffee pot? Great communication with host. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home, very nice furniture, kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. Clean. Yard is well landscaped and maintained. Staff had a great time and enjoyed their meeting. We will rent this property again in the future.

Fantastic Family Reunion Getaway

Wonderful home retreat for our family reunion. Plenty of space and more! Everything you need to have a large retreat! Very comfortable and inviting. Great location. Management was in contact and made all information readily available and accessible. Property Management response was less than 20 minutes when I contacted them with a question. Very friendly and professional! We had a great time out here and would highly recommend this home for large group getaways.

Wonderful Property

We stayed at this home for six nights and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The home is nicely decorated with updated appliances and large living spaces that were perfect for our family reunion. It is well stocked and has all the necessary kitchen and bathroom amenities. The hot tub and pool table are an additional plus. Aaron and Katy are also fabulous hosts, they provided excellent communication and were very helpful during our stay. We look forward to returning to this fabulous Winter Park property.

So much room and great view!!!

This house was everything we wanted and more! So much room to spread out, plenty of beds for everyone and the house came with everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with every pan and dish you could need. We cooked a lot of our meals at the house and loved having everything by we needed. The stove was a little tricky to get lit, but once we figured out that you have to slowly turn the dial after it is lit, it was no problem. All of the beds were very comfortable as well. Everyone said they slept very good and there were plenty of pillows in every room. We loved coming back to the house after a long day of skiing and sitting in the hot tub, looking out at the beautiful view of the mountains. We loved everything about this house and definitely hope to come back!

The house was well laid out for our needs. The heating system was an issue, several repairs need to be made and one of the beds was way too hard for sleep. Trash was not picked up properly and started to stink in garage. .

The house was everything we expected it to be we really enjoyed the house?

We had A Amazing time at this property. They had everything that A big family would need to enjoy they thought of everything you would need for amazing stay. From the kitchen utilities to the bathrooms with the soap and the hot water in the showers was amazing. This is definitely a property for a large family. We would definitely recommend it. Family Vacatoin

We enjoyed the house...layout and location were as expected in the listing and worked well for us. The house needs a good maintenance review...lots of bulbs out, two stove burners out, few outlets not working and an obnoxious ceiling fan in the family room that could not be shut off (no switches, remote showed up on second to last day, but didn't work, repairman blamed bad wiring). We huddled under blankets until it warmed up. Repairs were made to some of the items we requested, but most items not addressed. Bummer for the price we paid for the week. Otherwise, we had a great time.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay over the Christmas with extended family. The house is big enough for everybody having private space if they need it. The kitchen was very well stuffed with all the necessities for cooking!

Large house in great Winter Park location

Loads of space, clean, in a location with a beautiful view! Short drive to shopping and snow activities in Winter Park. Furnishings could use some updating, but overall adequate accommodations. Spacious kitchen. Second kitchen im.lower level is a great bonus! The hot tub was in good working order and had a great view of the mountains as well.

Perfect mountain home!

We could not have asked for a more perfect venue for our trip to the mountains. We had friends and family staying in every bedroom. The accommodations are perfect and when we needed help, the communication was fast! We can’t wait to come back!

The Host was amazing the home was amazing the only thing was the cleaning lady suppose to check TVs to make sure they where working necker we came and we had like 4 TVs that was not working at all but the Host fixed within an 1hr all TVs was working!! This house has everything you need!!

Beautiful weekend!

We reserved this house for our entire wedding party and a few other friends so that we could all hang out, play games, and relax for the weekend before and after the wedding. The house did not disappoint. However, I would recommend that a curtain be put on the window above the kitchen sink as the sun was quite blinding in the evening. Property manager responded quickly when notified of a minor issue.
