Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath sleeping 6 - is bright and inviting with spectacular views of the mountains from the 3 private decks on the third floor of the building. It is located just minutes from downtown Winter Park and approximately 3 miles from the Winter Park Resort. The free lift shuttle bus service stops in front of the complex for easy access to ski area and downtown – making for a great ski vacation rental.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is 950 square feet and has an open floor plan with newer carpeting throughout and the updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. This is a third level entry without elevator access.

The living room has a wood burning fireplace, 45” flat screen HDTV that can be enjoyed from the large sectional couch. Sliding glass doors lead to the private deck with beautiful views of the surrounding forest and neighborhood. The open floor plan consists of a living room and dining room with dining table large enough to accommodate four with additional spots at the breakfast bar. No air conditioning.

The master bedroom is large and has a King bed and private deck and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is great with a King bed and access to the large private deck and access to the hallway bathroom. Queen sofa sleeper in living room.

Additional amenities in unit include free WI-FI.

Amenities on property: Complex is close to downtown Winter Park on the free town shuttle, indoor pool and hot tubs, dry sauna; small workout room, yoga room, large game room and paid laundry facilities. Free covered parking in the open garages.

Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay.
