You will have everything you need in this one bedroom one bath condo close to The Winter Park Resort. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, coffee maker and microwave. Bedding and towels are provided. If you are here to ski or enjoy the beautiful summer weather our location can’t be beaten. We are within a short walk to downtown Winter Park and about two miles to the resort. This is a perfect lodging choice for a small family as it will sleep up to four people.
Location: Building 6, 2nd floor. The building is located in the 5 to 9 cul-de-sac only a short walk to the Clubhouse.
Bedding Configuration: King in the Master bedroom, sofa sleeper in living area.
Amenities in unit: Free Wi-Fi access, grill on deck, views of Winter Park Resort. Complimentary shuttle service on the free town shuttle. NO AIR CONDITIONING
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
