The updated kitchen of this second level condo is a treat, sharing space with the dining and living area. From the comfy couch enjoy the gas fireplace, flat screen TV which includes Blu-Ray, cable TV or the view from the sliding glass doors out to the private balcony. Step outside to take in the secluded woods, with glimpses of wildlife and distant mountain views make this a choice location. Easy shuttle access to the slopes, a short walk to Beaver Village Clubhouse and beyond to downtown Winter Park.
The master bedroom features a Queen log bed with flat screen cable TV. The master bathroom is in the master bedroom creating a master suite. The second bedroom features a captain's bunk with a trundle as well as a private bathroom, great for 3 singles or make it the kids' room. This room includes a flat screen TV with access to Blu-Ray.
Location: Building 7, 2nd floor. The building is located in the 5 to 9 cul-de-sac only a short walk to the Clubhouse.
Bedding Configuration: Queen in the Master bedroom, 2 Full beds bunk style plus a Twin trundle in the second bedroom. The living room couch is a sleeper sofa with upgraded memory foam mattress.
Amenities in unit: TV in master bedroom, Free Wi-Fi access, gas fireplace. Complimentary shuttle service on the free town shuttle. NO AIR CONDITIONING
