This beautiful home backs to a wooded area and views of the mountains, yet it is very close to town and directly across from the free shuttle. Enjoy the mountain feel, while sitting in your large private hot tub with great views in the back or hop on the free shuttle and be downtown or at Winter Park Ski resort in minutes. This beautiful mountain home is just minutes away from world class downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, as well as the Fraser tubing hills. Summer activities offer hiking, mountain biking, rafting, golf, fishing, boating, as well as activities at the base of Winter Park Ski resort.
This house also offers the high-end amenities you would expect in a perfect vacation home: Flat Screen TV's, with Xbox 360, a gas fireplace, and space for everyone to enjoy!
On our main level (no stairs required to access) you will find our open concept family room, kitchen, and dining area. We have 2 large dining tables and extra seating at the kitchen bar so everyone can enjoy family meals together. In our living area we have 2 large sofa's and 2 cozy chairs with fireplace and large smart TV, perfect for movie night! Completing this level is our king suite with 4 piece attached bath.
When you journey downstairs you will find our second large family room with TV and hot tub right out the double doors. Our bunkroom with queen over queen bunks and attached full bath. There are also 2 more king bedrooms on this level and another full bathroom.
Our upstairs level offers 2 large king bedrooms with a shared full bath.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the large appliances, and amenities you need to cook large meals for your group. There are also plenty of dishes and utensils. We have included high quality pots and pans as well as additional small appliances that you would not normally have available in a rental home.
Creating a huge meal like a Thanksgiving meal with all the fixings is not a problem at our home!
All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3–4-night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels.
Rental Rules:
1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9 pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense. 2.) No events of any kind permitted at any time. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine. 3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at any time. 4.) No more than our stated allowed number of 3 vehicles total at our home. No on-street parking is allowed at any time. Our HOA does fine, and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred. 5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By signing this contract, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out. 6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items. 7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the homeowner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.
