The Lakeside Cottage sits on Lake Howard, one of the most popular locations on "The Chain of Lakes" near downtown Winter Haven. A lovely view of the lake and easy access to fishing, water sports and dining makes it a perfect spot for summer or winter. 1 bedroom, 1 bath plus a pull out couch in a large living room, large kitchen, lots of parking and on-site laundry in a comfortable 1949 home with lots of vintage appeal. Lake access is across the street but the lakeview is right out front.

You will have full access to the house (although one bedroom is for owner use and will remain locked), front yard, backyard and parking areas. The lake frontage across the street is included. There are 2 additional residences on the property so the laundry room will be shared with a full time tenant and the owner is sometimes in residence as well.
The vacation home features 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a sofa bed.
