Overall this is a great little place. It's close to Winter Garden and the bike path. It has 1 dedicated off-street parking space (which is a premium in that location), and while it's small, the high ceilings make it feel much bigger. The host is very responsive and replies quickly. And though the pics don't show it, you do have a hotplate for cooking and a decent array of cooking stuff. Tip: Bring a chair. The only place to sit is the table bench or the bed.The downsides: you can smell everything your neighbor cooks and you have no control over the temperature. For me, that meant I was cold most of my trip when I was inside though the host did adjust the temperature when I contacted them. A couple things I'd love to see updated (1) A new mattress and some support under it would make this place so much better. (2) Swap the way the fridge door opens. It's a simple fix and would make it a lot more user-friendly. (3) It's a little pricey, but block the vents from the house and add a mini-split so the guest can control the temperature.
