This Second floor, 2 bedroom apartment offers a king size bed in the main bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom where guests can relax in style. The community features a fitness room with a vast selection of equipment as well as a yoga room, A Game room, some hammocks and Grill station with outside sitting area.The Pool has cabanas and grill. The area is very popular to bikers as it is right by the infamous West Orange Trail. 2 minutes away is Highway 429 that connects you to Wekiva Springs as well as Advent health Hospital which is only 12 mins drive. On the other side on Colonial is the Orlando Health Hospital, West Oaks mall, alot of shopping and 7 minutes away on 429 is the Winter Garden Village. Whilst here please Pick a Saturday to visit the Farmers Market downtown, you will not regret it. I promise you will enjoy everything this gorgeous apartment and location has to offer. Not forgetting the infamous “West Orange Trail” thats just blocks away. Get those bikes oiled and ready for the trail.
