This one Bed Efficiency Apartment is located in the up and coming Arts District, Industry Hill neighborhood surrounded by some of Winston-Salem's best restaurants and entertainment venues. Less than a quarter block to Famous Toastery, Mission Pizza, Camel City BBQ Factory and Mojito Latin Soul. Just 2 blocks to Ramkat live music Venue, Wiseman Brewery, Fiddling Fish Brewery and Broad Branch Distillery. Reserved free parking for two cars in front of entrance door. Private 200 square foot deck. This is a fully furnished Studio Apartment with a private entrance and 2nd floor private 200 Square Foot covered deck overlooking downtown Winston-Salem. Kitchenette with full size refrigerator, sink, microwave and fully stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware etc. Enter through 1st floor courtyard with coded entrance. Studio apartment located on second floor of two story building. Downtown Winston-Salem Art District/Industry Hill Neighborhood. Almost unlimited places to play, eat and be entertained. Places less than a block away are Camel City BBQ Factory, Mission Pizza, Famous Toastery and Mojito Latin Soul. Just a few blocks away, you will find Finnigan's Wake, an Irish Pub, and my personal favorite, Cibo Trattoria, Italian Inspired Cuisine and Wine Bar. If dive bars are your thing, you have to check out Silver Moon Saloon, practically across the street. Park right in front of the Oasis in reserved free spots (up to two cars). 

The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and an ironing board.

Had a fantastic stay at The Oasis! Check in was super easy and convenient. Location was close to tons of locations and events downtown. It made walking to everything we wanted to do easy and enjoyable. The room is simple but cute and comfortable. Highly recommended and will stay again.

Comfortable stay in a convenient location! Everything about this stay was easy - the host communicated clearly, gave specific instructions, and made sure that everything was okay after check in. The location is great - there is a lot nearby, and close to the Wake campus. The flat also was very clean!

We love staying at the Oasis at Camel City Lofts whenever we come to Winston Salem because it's clean, has everything we need, Jeff is an Excellent host and the location is fantastic. I can take long morning runs in and around the city on sidewalks, eat delicious ham and cheese biscuits just one mile away at Louis and Honey's Kitchen and be at my son's place within 15 minutes. We highly recommend this clean and comfortable rental!

I had a nice 4-day stay at the quaint Oasis at Camel City Lofts. The location is downtown near many nice local restaurants. In addition, being in northeast downtown, it’s a short drive to all things Wake Forest . I would rent again on my next trip this way.
Nice and cozy, with a comfy bed and pillows.

Excellent property manager and location

This was a nice little one bedroom in a perfect location in Downtown Winston Salem. Jeff, the manager was extremely good at communicating with us all of the time. Parking was great! We felt safe. The bed was very comfortable and we were able to easily adjust the temperature in the place. I would’ve liked a hot shower instead of a luke warm one but if that’s the only thing we were wanting then I call it a big win!

Great stay - close to the Ramkat

We stayed here so we could go to a concert at the Ramkat. This property is literally a block and a half away. The property was clean and well equipped. The guide book was super helpful. There were a lot of places to eat within walking distance. We’d definitely go back!
