The house is located in Praire Point, a new and beautiful neighborhood in the south part of Winnipeg. It is 7mins drive to the U of M, 20mins to Downtown, 8min walk to bus stop, play park and few minutes drive to shops and gas stations. There are a couple of lakes in the neighborhood with trails around to enjoy nature. The house opens up to a lake at the back with a big backyard and has large windows that overlook the lake and you can enjoy a cup of coffee while looking at the beautiful scenery

Exactly what we needed

Myself and my toddlers were in town to visit family. This property was perfectly located for us. The host went above and beyond to leave toys out that my kids just LOVED!!!! Thank you. Minimal noise from upstairs which was great. Everything was very clear, laundry worked perfectly. Kitchen had what you would need for basic meal prep but all we had there was breakfast. Beds were comfortable. The backyard and view made you feel like you weren’t in a basement. Waking trails close by, kids park not far either. Will be back as we visit a couple times a year.
