A “short stay” tenant is one that does not have a long term (greater than 1
month) lease with an owner.
Owner with units that will be used for short stay rentals will be required to notify neighbours on each side and provide their contact information to the neighbouring owners in the event they need to contact them regarding guest behaviour.
Short stay guests are not entitled to use shared common areas such as the Amenity room, rooftop patio & gym without the owner being present.
No pets are permitted in short stay units.
Short-stay tenants are not able to rent the Amenity room.
Owners are not permitted to rent out rooftop patios or Amenity Room for parties or events to any third party.
No parties or unregistered guests allowed.

The space consists of a long gallery style kitchen complete with 4 stainless steel appliances leading to the main living area. The 16 ft soaring ceilings and large window work together to create an abundance of natural light.
Our main goal is to ensure our guests are as comfortable as possible and feel at home. We offer complimentary WiFi, linens, kitchenware and basic essentials during your stay. If you have a special request, ask us, we will try our best to accommodate.

We really enjoyed staying at this VRBO. Great location as we were able to walk to The Forks, to the Jets hockey arena, and many bars and restaurants nearby! The property had everything we needed.
