The apartment is on the ground floor of a semi-detached house with its own entrance. It offers enough space for up to 5 people and all amenities for a relaxing holiday.

On the south-facing terrace you will find garden furniture and a barbecue and you can enjoy the view of the Danube valley and, weather permitting, the panorama of the Salzburg Alps or fantastic sunsets. The garden offers a variety of plants on two levels.

Located in the border triangle (Germany, Austria, Czech Republic), the area offers many opportunities for nature and culture experiences.

Ein wunderbares Urlaubsdomizil für die ganze Familie!

Die Ferienwohnung ist unglaublich sauber und mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet; die Lage mit Blick ins Donautal und auf die Alpensilhouette unglaublich schön! In der Küche fehlte es an nichts und auch eine gut gepflegte Spielesammlung für die Abendstunden war vorhanden. Großes Kompliment an die beiden Gastgeber und auch an die Ansprechpartnerin direkt vor Ort, die noch den ein oder anderen TIpp für uns bereithielt - wir fühlten uns jederzeit rundum wohl und kommen sehr gern wieder!

Wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben den Urlaub mit unseren Kindern sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr schön und bei gutem Wetter hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf die Berge. Außerdem ist die Lage optimal um Passau und den bayerischen Wald zu erkunden. Die Vorortbetreuung war sehr gut und wir haben umfangreiche Tipps erhalten bzgl. Ausflugmöglichkeiten. Immer wieder gerne.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr gute Organisation.

Die Wohnung ist überaus zweckdienlich und gut eingerichtet. Sie ist bequem anzufahren und bietet bei gutem Wetter einen herrlichen Ausblick in Richtung Passau, Donautal, Oberösterreich und Alpen. Die Betreuung am Ort war lückenlos gut. Alle auf Anfahrt und Wohung bezogenen Informationen waren vollkommen korrekt und hilfreich. Fazit: Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in schöner Umgebung.

Rundum gut

In der modern und schön eingerichteten, gemütlichen Wohnung haben wir uns richtig wohlgefühlt. Alles war so wie beschrieben und erwartet. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so benötigt. Wir haben Wanderungen (vor allem an der naturbelassenen Ilz) gemacht. An Regentagen und natürlich auch bei Sonne war Passau gut in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Gefreut haben wir uns auch sehr über die persönliche Begrüßungspostkarte und Willkommensgetränke! Jederzeit wieder!

Tagestouren mit Ebikes

Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist sehr gut beschrieben. Die Hausnummer könnte zur Straße hin tatsächlich deutlicher bzw. mehr erkennbar dargestellt sein, da die Wohnung selbst nach hinten bzw. unterhalb der Treppenzuführung liegt. Die Beleuchtung an den Treppenstufen funktionierte nicht. Wer nachts eintrifft, hat große Probleme um nicht zu fallen. Die Schlüsselübernahme bzw. am Urlaubsende die Übergabe war selbsterklärend und gut beschrieben. Wir sind keine Hundebesitzer und waren erstaunt über die Reinlichkeit der Wohnung. Alles nötige für den Alltag war vorhanden. 2 selbstgefertigte Aktenordner mit Beschreibungen zum Haus, zur Technik, Heizung, zum Garten, aber auch viele Hinweise, Flyer etc. für Freizeit, Speismöglichkeiten u.a. waren vorhanden. Ein Gerätehaus mit Abstellmöglichkeit für die Fahrräder war vorhanden. Wir haben uns nach einer Woche von der Nachbarin Handtücher nachgefordert. Diese war als Ansprechpartnerin im Aktenordner eingetragen. Die Ansprechpartnerin, die bei Fewo ausgezeichnet war, hat das Amt vor 3 Jahren abgegeben. Die derzeitige Hitzewelle haben wir innerhalb der Wohnung kaum verspürt. Es blieb kühl in den Räumen. Mit unseren Ebikes unternahmen wir Tagestouren vom Haus ausgehend oder auch in den zahlreich umliegenden Flußtälern der Gegend. Passau haben wir mit den Fahrrädern aufgesucht und bewundert. Mit dem Auto fuhren wir bis kurz vor Linz um auch diese wunderschöne Stadt auf dem Ebike zu bestaunen. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Perfekt für Urlaub mit Hund

In dieser tierfreundlichen Unterkunft konnten wir eine schöne Urlaubswoche in ruhiger Umgebung genießen. Spaziergänge sind ab Haus gut möglich. Größere Touren, z.B. Großer Arber, mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Für " Stadt-Genießer" kann man z. B. Passau empfehlen; für Tierfreunde das Gut Aiderbichl in Deggendorf. Ganz besonders genossen haben wir die wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Alpenpanorama. Kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Wunderbar

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die , in den anderen Bewertungen geschilderte Autobahn, haben wir sowohl innen als auch auf der Terrasse nicht wahrgenommen. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen und können diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen.

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben schon einige Fewo`s erlebt und wir sind hier sehr positiv überrascht worden. Sie ist sehr schön ausgestattet. Es fehlt an Nichts. Zum Einkaufen fährt man ins Dorf zum Edeka- geht. In Windorf ist ein Netto. Schöne Gegend zum Wandern nicht so, der b. Wald ist weiter weg. Passau schön. Wegen Corona ist Vieles nicht machbar. Freilichtmuseum zu(?) Ich würde wieder hinfahren.

Tolle Wohnung, etwas dezentrale Lage

Großzügige Räume, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, vollständige komfortable Ausstattung. Es ist fehlt an nichts. Der schöne Blick in die Ferne wird getrübt vom anhaltenden, mäßigen Autobahnlärm auf der kleinen Terrasse. In der Wohnung herrscht jedoch auch bei offenen Fenster Ruhe. Alle Ausflugsziele sind nach einer Anfahrt von 30-60 min. erreichbar.

Sommerferien im Bayerischen Wald

Wir, eine fünfköpfige Familie, waren 14 Tage in der o.g. Ferienwohnung. Die Ferienwohnung war einfach nur super, die Aussicht atemberaubend (Salzburger Alpen). Technische Probleme wurden schnell behoben.

Charmante Ferienwohnung im ländlichen Stil

Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum einen ist wirklich für alles gesorgt und zum anderen kann die Wohnung mit Ihrer gemütlichen Einrichtung punkten. Darüber hinaus ist man in kann zwanzig Minuten in Passau oder Vilshofen. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist fussläufig erreichbar, alles darüber hinaus findet man in Markt Windorf oder eben in Passau. Landschaftlich sehr schön gelegen, leider sind kaumoder garkeine Wanderwege in der Umgebung ausgeschildert, dass kenne ich aus den Gebieten rund um den Tegernsee anders. Alles in allenm hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und überlegen, im nächsten Jahr unseren Urlaub wieder dort zuu verbringen.

Erholung Pur

Die Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet für eine Ferienwohnung. Von diesem Ort ist mit einem Auto alles leicht zu erreichen- alles wunderbar. Das einzige Manko ist tatsächlich, dass abends draußen sitzen, wegen der naheliegenden Autobahn nicht viel Spass macht- aber das mindert nicht die Erholung. Tagsüber merkt man sie kaum.

Ueberaus angenehmer Urlaub

Die Realität hat die Erwartung übertroffen, wir waren überrascht, eine so angenehme Urlaubswohnmöglichkeit vorzufinden: - Saubere und überkomplett ausgestattete Wohnung - Tolle Lage, die viele Möglichkeiten in sportlicher, kultureller und erholungsunterstützender Hinsicht bietet - angenehme Nachbarn und umsichtige und diskrete Betreuung, alles in allem ein überaus angenehmer Urlaub.
