The rooms were lovely and big with stunning clean bathrooms. Large bath with separate shower with great pressure considering Namibia is experiencing a drought. Casino on the property with a Chinese restaurant as well as the large hotel dinning room which serves either Buffet, Ala-carte and well as Room service. Great spread of food available as reasonable prices. The Namibian dollar is equal to the SA rand and they do take the Rand so you do not need to exchange. I didn't visit the "spa" but they do offer the ladies mani's and pedi's as well as massage. Beautiful garden area with Koi ponds and a large pool. Golf for the Golfers.

There's so many things that stand out about this hotel! Loved the gorgeous African decor rooms that make you want to stay indoors. But please step outside. I took a leisurely stroll late afternoon, found the inviting pool and refreshment area accessible from inside the pool! Rather relaxing under the African sun. The hotel staff are amazing. Very warm and hospitable. Also enjoyed the room service menu, something I often find bland. Hats off to the super room service lady who packed me a take out!Hotel lobby has a small convenience store and atm.A tour company is also available. There's a shuttle to the mall just minutes away and also to the city center! In all, a beautiful hotel! I'd love to go back someday!

I stayed here for the first and last day of my trip to Namibia. I was part of a group and the check in process was relatively smooth both times. The rooms were comfortable, A/C was great (once you found the remote control), and both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. All staff were friendly and quick to answer questions. The grounds of this hotel are lovely. The pool is great and the landscaping is well done. The only negative was the lack of water pressure in the shower. The bathroom was nice but it was a struggle to rinse my hair in the shower. I stayed on the first and the second floor (Room 140 and 229) and I had this issue in each room. Others on the trip mentioned the problem but some people said they didn't notice it. I only entered the casino to trade my large Namibian bills for smaller but it appeared very nice. I would probably stay here again but perhaps request a room on a higher floor.

What a wonderful experience. The customer service and attendance to detail is amazing! Oysters are available at the breakfast buffett... You can also choose some meat and have it freshly prepared to your liking. Very impressive!

This very pricy hotel is going through large scale renovations. The smell of paint and the sound of drilling and building is spoiling everything. I would not advice anyone to stay here. It is a building site.

Stayed here for five nights in a nice refurbished room with modern decor. The room was spacious and comfortable with the only issue being the shower water pressure was low. The main restaurant is a large open area which lacks atmosphere but the food was good for both dinner and breakfast. Advice was fine. There is a good gym downstairs with a range of modern equipment and free weights. The bar area is quite small but OK. I didn't venture into the casino area so can't comment on that. However the Chinese Restaurant in the upper Casio area was very good indeed. I would definately return here!

We spent a night at the beginning of our 2 week tour around Namibia, as well as at the end of our trip, at this lovely hotel. Comfortable, clean rooms with views of the gardens or overlooking the pool area. Friendly, helpful staff. The large pool area is attractive and well laid out. Their breakfast buffet is one of the best we have sampled. The large selection of food is all freshly prepared and well presented and they offer a very good cappuccino. Well worth a visit!

I'm never disappointed with this place's food. Just too much deliciousness. Good place to have a conference, business meeting, family dinner or just drinks with friends. I don't know about the rooms but I hears they're really Nice and they are currently busy renovating the old rooms for their guests comfort.

Had a bad experience in this hotel, the staff didn't show me where my room is. The hotel is on renovation and lot of pathway are blocked plus they kinda force you to make detour the whole time Balcony door doesn't work Air con don't work The lights switch are difficult to find Not recommend for this price

The room was modern, bright and spacious. The television was high tech with bluetooth to connect to your smartphone for playing music from the television. The shades in the bathroom next to the bath tub can be opened to integrate with the bedroom. There's a separate shower in addition to the bath tub. The dinner buffet was 5 stars with stations on grill meat/seafood and pasta in addition to your normal salad bar and dessert station. The gym had an excellent selection of equipment for a full workout. The pool was nice. Wifi was strong. There's also a casino on-site for those who want to try their luck. I unreservedly recommend this hotel.
