Although this property was clean and presented well, I was disappointed after paying nearly $300 that there where no toiletries other that pump soap and no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Also the room was so hot as was the hotel itself. One plus the pool was clean and well kept. Room service was poor.

Decor is a bit tired but everything else was spot on. With a bit of a refresh this would be an amazing destination hotel.

We spend 3 nights at the hotel and were welcomed & assisted by lovely staff - many thanks to Alan at the bar and restaurant and Vali at the reception, to name a couple. We haven't met an unfriendly member of staff. The food was great, our room was nice and clean with comfy bed, the place seems very well organised and we also enjoyed the pool. It would have been great to have a wall clock in the pool so one knows when there is time to leave but that's a detail. Thank you for being so kind to us and we wish you all the best.
