Unfortunately the pictures of the property are outdated so not a true reflection of what to expect during your stay. There is a BBQ pictured yet no longer available. This is not mentioned in the description. It does also not mention that towels are not provided. Directions to the property are very poor. The postcode does not take you to the White Cross Bay holiday park where the lodge is located, this would have been very helpful and avoid us getting lost for a bit. No help desk at the property so no point calling the number provided. Expedia, please update your listing so it’s the same detail provided by Sykes Cottages.
