Lake View is a wonderful family-friendly or romantic couples’ getaway in the heart of Bowness-on-Windermere, a picturesque town located in the Lake District National Park. Offering stunning views of Lake Windermere, this luxury apartment is the perfect base for exploring the Lake District or relaxing and recharging.

The apartment features a modern fully-equipped kitchen and a beautiful open-plan living space with lounge and dining areas – both of which enjoy panoramic views from expansive windows that flood the home with light.
The main bedroom boasts a sumptuous king-sized bed, whilst the second bedroom offers two single beds. A modern shower room completes the offerings at this well-appointed and tranquil retreat, all beautifully decorated throughout in shades of grey against a crisp white backdrop.

You will have the whole apartment to yourself.

I won't be available in person but you can get in touch via messaging or using the contact details in the Guest Manual. I have chosen locals Garry and Sarah from Fernwood Cottages to professionally manage my property. You may therefore see their names on communications on my behalf but please rest assured that we are all committed to helping you create wonderful holiday memories.

A pre-authorisation fee of £100 will be applied to your credit card 24 hours before checkout as a damage deposit. This will be automatically refunded if not needed 10 days after checkout.
Vaping: not allowed

Extra guests: not allowed

Quiet hours: 10pm to 7am

Fees for early check-in or late check out without prior approval: £50 fee for up to an hour and an extra night's rate for any time greater than an hour

Lost keys or keys not left in the key safe on departure: £100 fee

Keys locked inside the property: £50 fee

Please leave the property in a similar state to when you arrived and lock all doors and windows.
