Perfect for couples or solo travellers, this stylish lower-ground retreat offers privacy, light-filled living space, with a terrace for outdoor eating. The perfect base just a short walk from all that Windermere, Bowness, and the lake has to offer. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Accessed via a private external staircase at the rear of the house, Little Bracken opens onto a slate-paved terrace — a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. 



Step inside to a bright open-plan living space with: A cosy bright sitting area and double sofa bed - perfect for two friends that don't wish to share a bed, or perhaps a younger child. A compact kitchen (combination oven/microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, boiling water tap with filtered water). Floor-to-ceiling windows letting in beautiful natural light. 43" SMART TV for viewing Netflix, Prime etc The bedroom features a very comfortable king-sized bed and a restful, darker atmosphere ideal for sleeping. There’s also a modern shower room, and underfloor heating throughout to keep things warm year-round. Guests can also use the shared utility room, which includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, and extra freezer. There are external steps down to the flat and the private entrance. Therefore it may not be suitable for all.
