The Penthouse offers a spacious third floor apartment in the centre of the popular tourist town of Bowness.. All on the Third Floor:

Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed

Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, No Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. This third floor apartment accessed only by stairs and therefore unsuitable for those with mobility issues has been renovated into a stylish and comfortable holiday home. The spacious open plan living and dining area is the hub of the apartment, from here you can enjoy the small private balcony and the lovely kitchen. There are two bathrooms one with shower and toilet and another with a shower over the bath. Towards the rear of the apartment is a twin room and spacious double room both with large wardrobes.

Just a short walk from The Penthouse you’ll find The World of Beatrix Potter attraction to take you back to your childhood. If you’re looking for adrenaline filled adventure then why not try Go-Ape Treetop Adventure and Zip Wire course which can be accessed using the traditional car ferry from Windermere to Hawkshead. If you like the rugged outdoors this is a great place to get active, as you are surrounded by some amazing walking and cycle routes as well as some of the most picturesque scenery around including lakes, waterfalls and forests. Beach 25 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.

EXCELLENT PENTHOUSE APPT

Arrived on Friday to a wonderfully clean apartment with everything we needed for a 2 day stay. Very modern with well equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Nice balcony to be able to sit out and enjoy the views of the lake. Central location with all shops bars and restaurants within a 2 minute walk. We will be returning as this apartment is value for money and in a great location with free parking space which is a must in Bowness
