The house was very nice. The doc area very clean and nice. The back porch was a mess from the nearby pecan tree droppings. We could find no room or dustpan in the house to clean up the back porch with, so we made do with a whisk broom that I had in my truck and got the furniture and floor cleaned up so we could enjoy the back porch. A small gazebo down near the water was covered in Vines. I cut them best that I could and move them out of the way so we could sit down there for a bit. We caught a fish or two from the dock and wanted to wash her hands but found there was no water at the dock spigots. We had to be very careful with the refrigerator. When you shut the refrigerator door the freezer door would come open half an inch. Also one of the cabinet doors were missing a few screws and was near to falling off. No big deal, I tightened them up. Overall our stay was very nice and I would rent the place again if I had the opportunity. The owner was quite responsive to any problems that we had, although I do not like to call and bother the property owner unless it's very very important.
