The couple that run this B&B are absolutely lovely. Friendly as can be. The room was pleasant and spacious. It is on a nice quiet street just off of a main thoroughfare. The location is great if you are visiting the University (2 minute walk to West Downs campus) and only about a 10-15 minute walk to the downtown/high street. My only warning is that it is all uphill from the train station, so maybe get a taxi to and from if you are not driving.
