Home on a quiet street with friendly neighbors right in the center of it all. Downtown Wilmington is situated on the Cape Fear River, has great restaurants and a lively music scene in the summer. There are two main beaches within 15-20 minutes. Each beach has a different flavor. Open floorplan downstairs between kitchen and great room. Office space just off the foyer has a stand up desk with auxiliary monitor and printer available for use. We also have a fenced in backyard for kids to safely play.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hug’s home. Had just about everything we needed with the exception of an iron and a blender. Other than that, the stay was great, very peaceful and relaxing.
