With accommodations for up to 6 guests, this cozy retreat offers a comfortable and homey atmosphere. The fully fenced backyard is a true oasis, ideal for unwinding or dining al fresco. Inside, the spacious living room provides a perfect space to relax and enjoy your favorite shows or movies. The dining area is perfect for entertaining or enjoying your morning brew. This property also offers the convenience of a private driveway with two parking spaces and a one-stall garage. Whether you’re here for a weekend or an extended stay, this quaint and inviting home provides all the essentials for a comfortable and memorable experience.

Living Room: Sofa, two chairs, coffee table, electric fireplace and a Smart TV.
Dining Area:  Dining Table with seating for 6 with a coffee bar and a wet bar. Sliding Doors to Back Yard Patio.
Kitchen: Refrigerator, Dishwasher, stove, and microwave with a small moveable island. Large sink with view of the back yard and a pull down faucet.
Master Suite: Queen Bed and two nightstands. Under the bed storage and small shelf with Smart TV. Ensuite Bath.
Master Bathroom: Walk In Closet, Full Size Tub/Shower Combo, Single Sink with Granite Counter, Decorative Mirror, Toilet.
Guest Bedroom 1: Used as an office with custom fold-out queen murphy bed.
Guest Bathroom: Bathtub with Shower, Single sink set into Double Vanity with Granite Counter, Decorative Mirror, Toilet.
Guest Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Two Nightstands.
Laundry Closet: Washer/Dryer, Storage Shelving

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds. 

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am. 
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Guest Access:
Electronic Entry.

No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities 
No smoking
You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Pet Policy:
Dogs and Cats are allowed. Up to two pets total at one time; no weight restrictions. The first dog is included in the price of the Rental. Subsequent pets are subject to an additional payment and restrictions! Carolina and Kure Beaches are pet-friendly, but you must follow town guidelines. Please check the town website for beach pet restrictions.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking 
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.     
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

Our waterfront downtown region is the highlight of a great Wilmington vacation. Downtown Wilmington is steeped in history, filled with attractions, and offers all the enticing restaurants and shops of a major city, while retaining its small-town coastal charm. Surrounded by the Cape Fear River, the Intracoastal Waterway and the ocean, a world class beach is a stones throw in any direction from Wilmington.

Wrightsville Beach is a seaside town named as one of the world’s best surf towns by National Geographic, and is the perfect place to practice all water sports. Get a true feel for island life and experience the uncrowded shore and mild temperatures of Wrightsville Beach, where you could be fishing, paddle boarding, or shelling in crystal-clear waters, or just enjoy long, romantic walks on NC’s most accessible beach. 20 minutes further down the peninsula, you will find the seaside towns of Carolina Beach and Kure Beach.

Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or enjoy a relaxing ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a quaint little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famous Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. During the summer months, the Boardwalk is bustling with the sound of music, carnival rides, bingo, family nights, and events like the weekly fireworks and concert series. Rent a Jeep, bicycle, or golf cart as the most convenient ways to navigate the island. Annual off- season events include the Cape Fear Kite Festival, Christmas by the Sea, and the Island of Lights Festival.
