Welcome to our ❄newly listed❄lodge style home! HOT TUB✅ Our home is located on private 2.6 acre lot with beautiful views of Mount Snow in the distance. Our home offers easy access to night life/restaurants and much more. Whether you are skiing, hiking, biking, kayaking or just enjoying the fresh Vermont air, you'll love the comfort of our home. Enjoy a space that is truly convenient, comfortable, child-friendly and fun for you to enjoy during your hard-earned vacation time in southern Vermont! Our Home is located 10 Minutes from the base of Mount Snow and 30 minutes to Stratton mountain . When you first enter our home you are enlightened with a view of mount snow peaking in the distance. Our unique lodge style home allows you to feel like you are hangin out at the lodge at the base of the mountain but in the comfort of your home. We have a beautiful 6 person hot tub that will keep you warm all winter with temperatures that will rise to 104 degrees. There is two rooms on the main level. The master, having a full sized tub and queen bed and another room with two full sized and two twin beds along with a bathroom in the hallway. There is a loft upstairs which features a ping pong table and a TV to hook up video games for ample room fun. As you enter the basement you greeted with a true mountain house feel with wood walls and a pool table.. There is two bedrooms with one having a full sized beds and one with four twin beds. There is also a full bathroom in the basement as well. Security cameras/audio recording devices There is a camera in the back facing by the lawn. There is a camera facing the front door. There are also two MINUT devices (in the living room and basement) NON visual or audio that ensure there are no parties, mold, and drastic temperature changes. No cameras inside. Our cameras are always on to ensure the safety of our home. For summertime fun there are two kayaks are available for you Easy self check-in with key code entry (smart lock) On a secluded privately maintained road, this neighborhood features a safe and quiet oasis where you can spend your vacation in peace. There is plenty of parking in the driveway for multiple vehicles. The home is very private and located on a dead end residential private road . An AWD/4X4 vehicle is recommended in the winter. STAY ON DRIVEWAY. $500 fee for driving on grass. Septic system is very fragile and will crumble under weight. • Please be advised that this property utilizes a ladder to access loft. By renting this property, you are agreeing to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death that is resulting from the use of the ladder or bunk bed. • The hot tub is included in your stay. You understand use of hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless.($150 Hot tub cover Fee) - Hot tub cover left open and unattended for 3 + hours. We highly discourage drinking beverages in glass drinking tumblers and glass beer bottles while bathing in the hot tub. CHILDREN UNDER. 16 NEED ADULT SUPERVISION, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED TO OPEN HOT TUB, AS IF THIS IS DONE IMPROPERLY IT CAN BRAKE THE LIFT AND IT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBLY.
