Location was perfect! The air conditioner was located in the bedroom and was extremely loud. The bedding and pillows could use an upgrade. Over all it a good place to crash after a long day out.

Nice quiet area and the property was clean. The view was great, the battleship was directly across from the property. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Hope to be able to rent the same room again.

This condo was perfect for my visit to Wilmington. I liked being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view and people watch. I wish there was onsite parking as the deck recommended is costly. The kitchen is adequate, but a Keurig would be nice. All in all, the stay was great and I would recommend.

It was a great property, location was ideal and access was easy yet secure. The only draw back was how loud the ac return was within the bedroom. It would startle you awake at night and made it impossible to hear the tv at night.

Great stay on Riverwalk in Wilmington, NC

Great view of the Cape Fear River and the USS-NC Battleship floating museum from our room and balcony! In a vibrant area of historical Wilmington, NC...close to beach, museums, great restaurants, and more. Room was in nice condition...good price for accommodations and area. We had a nice time and were quite pleased!

Couldn’t be better!

Everything about the stay was amazing. The property is in the perfect location. I got to see a beautiful sunset right through the living room every night! Most necessities were provided for my stay. The only negative was not being able to park in the lot and having to pay for it either in a lot of on the street.

We loved the condo, the location and the view. We will definitely stay here again. I did read the description describing road construction out front. That is no longer the case.

Perfect location

Perfect for a couple and their dog sitting on the balcony looking at people walk by and the river right there walk to any shops very close to good restaurants would definitely keep it on our books for next year

Some issues

When we got there the ac had just been fixed and when we came back from dinner it was out again and 84°. Not a good night at all but in the morning they got the ac guy to fix it and everyone was very helpful. It was the Vacasa team. Good job.

Management extremely rude

I received a text from management accusing my dog of barking all night long. I was asked what I planned on doing to rectify the situation. We were in the condo with the dog from 6pm-8:30 am the next day. She didn’t even growl let alone bark. She didn’t bark when the couple in the street were fighting with a cop screaming over them at 2 am. She didn’t bark when they dumped 5000lbs of glass beer bottles in the parking lot at 4am. She also didn’t bark when the air kicked on and sounded like the space shuttle taking off in the bedroom. Asking before you accuse goes a long way. I have immediate family in Wilmington so I have to go back. I will not be dealing with this company again.

Total mess up

Our daughter and son-in-law checked in late. Somewhat awkward process, but they got in. NO air conditioning! This is Wilmington NC in June…NOT good. Then they got locked out with possessions inside because battery in electronic door lock died. No one from Managment was able to assist at midnight, so they had to sit in the parking garage while trying to find a room at midnight on a weekend in a tourist town…the 6th place finally had a room. Management very apologetic in the morning and said they will give me a refund…they said that multiple issues with equipment AND personnel collided to create a perfect storm that meant all “fail-safes” failed. But the fun weekend in Downtown Wilmington that we were trying to treat them to was a disaster. They cut the weekend short and went home that morning.
