Perfect location for a much-needed getaway. Walkable to downtown and restaurants. I can't say enough about how wonderful it was. Our favorite spot was the common area at the end of the dock, with plenty of seating for the sunset and a grill for cookouts. We left some items behind; property management promptly notified us and shipped them to our home.

Clean, quiet, had everything I needed in the kitchen, dog amenities were a nice touch, cold AC, close enough to walk to multiple restaurants/shops. Shuttle service to and from garage was very welcomed as we brought more than we actually needed and it was nice to not have to haul it by hand.

Amazing Stay

We choose to stay downtown as we were attending a function at Live Oak Pavilion. This property was the perfect answer for us. It was only a few minutes walk from the pavilion. It was also very close to some of our favorite downtown Wilmington restaurants. The property is immaculate and we enjoyed the stay very much. We will definitely be looking to stay again when the need arises.

Great location and beautiful views!

What a great location and convenient to the outdoor amphitheater for concerts, marina, restaurants and shopping. Sitauted directly on the Cape Fear River with a boardwalk that you can walk for miles on waterfront. Brand new unit and well appointed with all things needed for an extended stay. These houses are new to the marina and we experieneced a few "breaking-in" peroid situations but with the immediate responses, friendliness and outstandingly positive attitude of the hosts by far made up for these early challenges! You really couldnt ask for better hosts, location and envioronment!! Make sure you take plenty of time to enjoy the top deck patio and bar area!!
