10/10 Excellent

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Great location. The house is secluded and quiet with woods and a pond on the property along with great views of the Fall colors. A quick drive on a gravel road leads to the main highway and access to markets, shops, and eating in an around Wilmington. The house itself is very nice inside and out. There were two of us, but, there is plenty of room for a family or group. The photos and listing are accurate. The host is very helpful and quick to respond.

4/10 Poor

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Location
Lots of weevils, despite 2 exterminator visits. Not enough towels. Poor lighting and loose scatter rugs, creating fall risk. No room for groceries in cabinets. Beautiful grounds. Lovely view of pond, deer grazing. Poorly arranged furniture in social area. No furniture for nice deck. Would not rent again.
