I absolutely loved this house. It’s beautifully decorated, spacious, and well equipped. It was extremely comfortable and well laid out. About 9 blocks walk down a beautiful historic street to all the downtown restaurants. I felt very safe on this secluded side street that is also in the heart of downtown. I would definitely stay here again.

Wow! This beautiful home exceeded all expectations. The property owner did not miss a single detail in making the home feel like a luxurious get away- from a well appointed chef’s kitchen to meticulously designed comfortable spaces. We were in Wilmington for the Ironman 70.3 and the proximity to downtown dining, shopping and the race venue was unbeatable. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet and the neighbors that we met were all extremely friendly. We highly recommend this home for your Wilmington get away!
