Andrew is so nice and accommodating! Our stay was comfortable with all the amenities of home. The closeness to town was the cherry on top. When we come back to Wilmington we hope this property will be available as we will for sure stay here.

Perfect for an overnight trip for a soccer game. Ideal location. Walking distance to everything we needed and a short drive to the soccer fields. Owner was very helpful and communicative

Great location - very quiet. House was very clean and towels/linens seemed brand new. Came equipped with everything we needed. Walking distance to a couple breweries, a great coffee shop and ice cream shop. Can walk downtown in about 15mins or super short drive.

Great location, walking distance to the Riverwalk, restaurants, and brewery. Small backyard, but did the trick for our dog. It was quiet and very comfortable. Everything was updated. We would stay here again.

This place was amazing! The house is beautiful, clean and well equipped. Andrew is a fabulous host. The area is quiet and so close to Market St and Front st. The restaurant recommendations were spot on. We will be back for sure!

We loved our stay in Wilmington! The house was the perfect location ... walking distance to the historic district/riverfront and all of the shops and restaurants. The place was very clean and well-appointed. Communication was clear and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!BTW: The owner did spend one night in his studio which is attached to the house, but we literally did not hear a peep. My friend who was staying in the bedroom closest to the studio did not even realize he was there.

Rooms were extremely clean, the kitchen was stocked well. He even supplies a water cooler. The refrigerator has water and ice also. The parking is limited but this isn’t the owners fault. The location is great and easy to get around. I only have one suggestion and that is to store extra toilet paper and paper towels in a cabinet somewhere. We were on our last day and didn’t want to bother him with getting more. There was only one thing that was weird and that was the meditation like music we could hear coming from the owners suite yet he wasn’t there. All in all was a great place.

We enjoyed our stay and the communication with the host was great. We were a little disappointed the grill didn’t work. But overall, I was very happy to have a nice place to stay with my dogs.

Loved the house.....nice big screen snd nice big fans to help with the heat. Kitchen is awesome and bedrooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. The house is very centrally located so getting to all the great places is easy. If you want a nice quiet place to stay in Wilmington this is a great one.

Great house. Very welcoming, clean and comfortable. Doggo friendly. The kitchen was huge and the living room was spacious. Great TV. The location was convenient for walking to the waterfront/downtown area plus there were food and beverage options within two blocks from the property. Highly recommend!
