This home features 2 bedrooms on the first floor with queen size beds, plenty of closet space, a washer and dryer, eat in kitchen with a dual coffee pot, 2nd bathroom with full size shower, living room has a pull out sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests, 2nd floor features a family room with tv and pull out sofa as well as the 3rd bedroom, which has a full size bed. Kitchen has a walkout to the back deck. Front porch allows for tea sipping and deer crossing. This home is directly off the interstate and within minutes of the historic and quaint town of Williamstown.

Awesome stay

We came from the Columbus Ohio area and were looking forward to a relaxing weekend to see some sights. It was awesome. Everything was super clean. Location was great for what we were doing.Oddly enough, the only thing we would have complained about is that there were no dish rags to do dishes with and there was not enough silverware. We made do. It was not worth a bad review. Would definitely book with them again.

Property was exactly as described. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Had a minor issue with keyless entry but the host immediately rectified. 5 minutes to the Ark. Highky recommended.

Great Stay !

We had a great time staying here. Everything has been freshly remodeled this year/2023. Everything inside and out. Very clean and very easy to get to. Only about 5 minutes away from the Ark Encounter attraction. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It's really hard to say enough good things. Scott our manager was very prompt in answering any questions we had via email and helped us with extending our booking.

Delightful

Perfect location for our family of 10 to enjoy the Ark Encounter and other nearby attractions. The farmhouse was everything I had hoped for. I had even warned my kids that the images probably made the home look more spacious than it was, but I was pleasantly proven wrong. There was plenty of room for my wife and I, two adult children, and six kids from 3 years to early teens. On our way to check in to the home, we caught a glimpse of the Ark in the distance, which added to the anticipation for our visit. Our host was highly accommodating and communicative, the home was well stocked with cooking and serving items and we were able to prepare breakfast every morning before we headed to the park.
