Beautiful kitchen with new cabinets, countertops, and appliances; full bathroom with gorgeous glass tile shower, living room with game area. Main floor primary bedroom with king bed. Upstairs features two adjoined bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with a twin day bed that converts to a king. Living room features queen pull-out couch. Enjoy a peaceful neighborhood setting and walk just three blocks to find a stunning beach!
