Went to check in and lady checking in two their guests and had us standing waiting fir about 10 mi utes as she laughed and chattered with them. Could have been done in a few moments. Felt unfair.

The restaurant was fantastic! Staff and food both were great. Hotel was clean, but we had asked have our room cleaned and it wasn’t cleaned once while we were there. Our towels were only replaced because I went to ask for them and complain about our room not being cleaned when asked.
