PROPANE:
We attempt to ensure propane in both the grill and firepit. but it is not guaranteed.

PETS: Dogs are welcome. and the yard is fully fenced in. Responsible pet owns will love that we do provide a large dog kennel, scooper, and bowls. We ask for their safety if left at the cabin alone to kennel them. Guests are asked to pick up after pets during their stay. We ask that pets remain off the furniture and we also provide covers for the couch and chairs to avoid damage. The damage protection plan does not protect against pet damage. If a pet is not disclosed in your guest count, we will request a pet fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We adhere to our cancellation policy and highly recommend purchasing travel insurance or using a credit card that offers travel insurance coverage. Please note that road closures and snowfall may occur during the winter and spring seasons.

A $35 administration fee is added to each booking. This fee goes towards a damage claim protection plan that will protect the guest against any accidental damage up to $1,000.

Perfect location!

4 generation getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is right next to the train station and a short walk to historic downtown Williams. And it is just a short drive to Bearizona. The games and back yard were great for our 3 year old and the adults had a great time as well. We really appreciated the pack and play and high chair so we didn't have to bring them with us.

Grand Canyon trip

We stayed two nights at this property as a base for a visit to the Grand Canyon. First and most importantly when we got in the house was spotless everywhere. From there we could walk to any of the restaurants and shops in town. There is a grocery store right near the house as well. Very convenient. Comfortable beds and good TVs. Our tour person picked us up easily for our GC tour. Definitely would stay her again. Kids and husband loved it too!

Polar Express Getaway

We came to Williams for the Polar Express. We were only able to stay for a couple of days, but was so happy with our pick of this house. It was large enough for all of us, and was comfy. It was nice to be able to stay together rather than have several hotel rooms. Also, we were able to cook and eat at the house. The kitchen was well equipped, with a large fridge. We are used to having an ice machine and water in our fridge at home, and this one doesn't have it. No biggie - we went and bought bottled water and a bag of ice. The only other thing I can think of the house didn't have was foil and baggies, which would have been nice to have, but was not a big deal. House was very clean, had plenty of linens and blankets to use! Very nicely decorated, and they had Christmas decorations out, even a cute Polar Express outdoor blowup. Our 5-year old grandson loved the room he had to run and play, and he enjoyed his uncle playing the retro Super Nintendo with him. (He now wants one for Christmas :-)). Hosts were very nice and quick to respond. The goodies were a nice treat as well! We would love to stay here again and explore Williams more!

Williams family Vacation

10 day vacation from Oceanside Ca.,First two nights in Las Vegas. Second two nights in St George Utah then two nights at Lake Powell. Then three nights in Williams Arizona. We love Williams. Been here four times. This trip we went to the Bear drive through park. We had the best time. There were bears every ware you looked. We were very happy with the house. I loved the style of furnishings, very cozy and clean. Kitchen is very well stocked. Dexter loved the dog bed. I recommend highly.

The property was very comfortable and nicely appointed with a lot of special touches. The property was as shown on photos and more. Had a 3 night stay and couldn't be more pleased. Easy checkin and checkout process. The house has a great floorplan with ample beds, bathrooms, and quaintly decorated. This property is in walking distance to everything! We will stay at the property again!

We came with family and friends for a 4 night stay. Everything was great. Easy check in. Great communication with the host. The house is super cute. Only slight issue is the mattresses are very FIRM. husband slept great, I did not lol but that's just preference. We had a great time.

2023 Spring Break & Grand Canyon

The owner checked in with us after checking in to make sure everything we needed was there. We had plenty of room for 5 and didn't have to use one bedroom, as the young boys bunked in a room together. Everything seemed new and very clean and I didn't feel like I had to wipe down the house with clorex wipes. We felt very safe in the area and was walking distance to the Grand Canyon Train and Grand Canyon Brewery, which had great food. I will have to say that Mid March was a little cold and windy to be at the Grand Canyon and even had some snow but did not slow us down.
