Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Sent us to wrong address 2 hrs away, then once we called for what we booked they sent us to a dirty room with bugs inside it, false advertising no trees or woods anywhere. No one ever got back or replied we immediately left.
