Modern & Private Sun Valley getaway for two
The studio is equiped with all the essentials to make your stay a pleasant one, such as a comfortable bed, a smart tv, kitchen and dining area and a modern bathroom. The studio has its own private entrance and parking spot inside to keep your car safe. It’s centrally located with Punda, the airport and Banda Abou all within a 15 min drive. Water and Wifi are included in the pricing. The studio has air conditioning, but also includes a fan, a microwave, waterheater and a smart tv.
We also provide 2 bath towels and a bedding set per the duration of the entire stay. Feel free to bring additional towels or bedding.
Electricity is according to a pre-paid system called Pagatinu. This system is very simple and user friendly. Guests can buy their preferred amount (depending on their estimated usage) at any gas station on the island. They then receive a code, which can be inserted on the machine.

The house location was wonderful once we finally met up with the owner ,apparently VRBO gave us the wrong address in the beginning so it was finding the place but luckily we did wechat and communicated that way, very clean location besides the neighbors dogs barking half the night it really was an enjoyable stay. We did find out very quickly we had to put a mattress topper to withstand the springs if your over 200lbs. The family was fantastic is all we can say thank you Malcolm for being a great host.

Nice place to stay
3 weeks of mild luxury in a private studio with the necessary things for coocking.Airconditiong, wifi, Netflix and parking in front of the door.Very friendly and helpful owner.2 improvment advises: air extraction in the bathroom and the kitchen when coocking.And the water-effecient tap for handwashing in the bathroom needs to be upgrated

Great stay
I was looking for a quiet neighborhood and this was perfect. It is a little further from beaches (closest is about 18-20 minutes), but the area is nice and conveniently close to stores and the airport. The hosts were very helpful, and they let us borrow an air pump for our rental car that had a low tire. The studio was well equipped; the only appliance I missed was a coffee maker, but if had a microwave, stovetop, electric water heater, fridge, cooking pots and dinnerware. A parking spot was also provided. We had a wonderful time!
