Think twice, you don’t get it all

Well when we arrived we contacted a number in the front gate as there was no one to great us . The number was of the previous owner and all he could do was send me a link to his new place . Let’s go to the issues , safe didn’t work , toilet seat broken , free parking as stated was street parking …. Well say that then ! The pool , no access as when we booked the suite that had pool access only was booked so it wasn’t clear . Over all nice place , poor communication as we found the owner had Health issues at the time of our questions , but never replied. Would I stay there again …. Don’t think I would . If the manager/owner gives those small issues within the description or the “ city view suite “ and let all know of what you will get then maybe . I will add that the couple next to us also felt mislead by the pictures and the ad for the apartments , plus the parking is a big issue as during the new year the street fills up and good luck finding a place to park in front of your villa .

PM78 is in a great location for easy access to restaurants, shopping, exploring and museums. We felt completely safe walking the neighborhood after dark and the building itself had good security features. There are 5 or 6 apartments so do take note that the pool is private for the main floor apartment only. Be mindful when booking. We had a beautiful Ocean View Suite with a huge terrace. All the basics were there in the kitchenette and didn’t have any trouble cooking. Leon and Jan were most helpful with any questions we may have had and always got back to us in a timely fashion. I would really only have two suggestions for this location. 1) They have a fantastic welcoming book for all guests to tell you all you would need to know about the area and dining, laundry, tv operation and so many other things but there was no English version. I felt bad always having to contact Leon. 2) It would be nice if there was even a small love seat inside if watching TV so you don’t have to sit on the bed. Other than that everything was wonderful and would definitely rent here again. Thanks for a great stay!
