A nice practical appartment with all basic necessities like pots, pans, cups, utensils, linen and towels. Very clean and simple, affordable in a good location with wifi, water, self upload electricity and indoors designated parking.

Walking distance from bakery, laundry, restaurants, lab, medical center, supermarkets, mambo, sea aquarium, shops, salon and football center.

Secure , quiet, good and central neighborhood. Tree garden with designated outside smoking area since it is not allowed to smoke in the appartments.
