A variety of different shops,restaurants & activities in walking distance. Access to a spacious communal tropical garden with "Skippy" a well adjusted rescue dog. Outdoor living and BBQ area with picnic table. Living room with TV/Netflix. A fully equipped kitchen, and a seperate bedroom with a Queen size double bed and AC. Private bathroom with hot water shower. Water, gas, WiFi and electricity included with regular AC usage (at night).
