Looking for the comfort of a hotel, combined with a homely atmosphere and personal attention? Than our casa is the place for you! We, Paul and Marion, kindly welcome you for your vacation or business trip to Curaçao.

Our casa, which is literally called ‘thatched hat’, has 3 lodgings. All accommodations are of course equipped with a kitchen and comfortable beds. And if you want, we are happy to arrange a full breakfast for you. In addition, our casa has a beautiful swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a garden where you can relax. All ingredients for a relaxing stay on Curaçao!

Sombré di Kabana Casa is located on the southeast side of the island in the vicinity of popular and tourist beaches, such as Jan Thiel, Mambo and Seaquarium Beach, and Caracasbaai, a pleasant meeting place for the locals. On this side of the island you will also find a wide variety of restaurants.

These beaches and many restaurants can be reached by car in less than 10 minutes, the center of Willemstad in fifteen minutes.

Feels Like Home

We are 2 couples from Canada in our 50s. We stayed in the spacious 2 bedroom unit Casa Piscina. Paul and Marion provided excellent service, are very welcoming and helpful. They picked us up at the airport and helped us find a car rental in advance. The rental car was delivered and picked up at the B&B. Their B&B is in a residential area so you should rent a car if you plan on exploring. They helped us set up the 'WAZE' navigation app on my phone and it worked great! Their Kabana is as beautiful as it shows in photos and there is plenty of private space if you wish. Other perks: long beds, use of the BBQ, AC works good, 3 sets of towels (shower, pool, beach) and a hangar to dry them, plenty of coffee and tea, a handy 9 litre cooler (for picnics or beer), beach mats, chairs and umbrella. We made our own breakfast and drank the tap water no problem. After a long day of exploring and swimming the pool was very welcome! The other 5 guests from US and Europe were nice. Thanks for having us! We would rent here again and recommend it to friends!
