Mijn partner en ik hadden hier een kamer geboekt voor 1 nachtje maar het was ontzettend moeilijk om het te vinden. Als je het adres intoets op google maps of maps.me kom je op een andere locatie.Toen wij het eindelijk hadden gevonden konden we niet meer inchecken, dit was om 17:30 uur. Wij hebben een rondje gelopen door het gebouw maar hier was niemand te vinden. Het zag er ook vies en verlaten uit. De buitenbar zoals het op de foto staat was in slechte staat, het zwembad zat geen water in, de gezamenlijke eetruimte was vies en leek op een verlaten restaurant, nog niet gesproken over de staat van de rest van het hotel. We hebben geprobeerd om mensen te bereiken zowel via de chat als via de telefoon. In de chat krijg ik geen gehoor (nu 2 weken later nog niks gehoord) via de telefoon krijg ik een man aan de lijn die niet bij het resort hoort dus die kon ons er niet bij verder helpen. Wij hebben hier dus niet kunnen overnachten (ookal hadden we dat niet gedaan omdat het zo goor is) maar we hebben er wel voor moeten betalen.Kleine tip van ons, boek een ander hotel/resort!!
