The house is great. It was clean, was very well appointed and nicely furnished. The only major disappointment was that the elevator was not operable upon check-in. We contacted the management agency immediately and were told that they would check into it, and it was not fixed or operational for the duration of our stay. I even followed up with the management company later that evening. They apologize for the delay in response and said that they would follow up, but they never did. One of the reasons why we chose this particular unit was because of the elevator and for it to not be functioning and have it not addressed for the five days we were there was really disappointing.
