Residence 810 is beautifully decorated and offers unparelleled ocean views from the spacious veranda. The modern kitchen comes with Viking appliances, granite countertops, and a Sub-Zero refrigerator, making it the perfect spot to cook meals for yourself or your family. The owners have recently updated the backsplashes in the kitchen & bathroom, and they have new custom made cushions for the veranda furniture. The 2025 season will feature brand new furniture in the living room!







Amenities include: private beach with lounge chair & umbrella service, beachfront infinity-edge pool, children's pool, heated Jacuzzi, fitness center, beautiful lobby with lounge area, game room, and saunas!







Beach Lounge Chair & Umbrella Service available full-time from Father's Day to Labor Day contingent on The Grand management.
