7.22.25 - Royal Tower Poolside Efficiency - Property was beautiful adjacent to ocean. Lux feel room was spotless. Had a kitchenette, fridge, microwave. Important to know eatery schedules or bring your own eats. Had a bath with pleated bath towels. Room comfy and quiet. Had a retro vibe on this property. Hope to go back.

The resort was so cute! The decor and pool were great! The rooms were clean and everyone was so nice. The restaurant and dood truck had good food and snacks! Jack who drove the shuttle was great and very prompt in dropping us off and picking us up from the boardwalk. Valet was great too! 10/10 stay!

Beautiful! Loved fire pits, hot tub, proximity to the beach, pool was heated, restaurant on site, included chairs and umbrellas and they them set up for you! You can order food from the beach, truly had an upscale resort feel for reasonable price. I think we found our new place in the Crest!

hotel and its amenities are fantastic

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a great experience. The location is excellent – right in front of the beach – and the views from my room were beautiful, even though I didn’t have a partial ocean view. I stayed on the 5th floor in the Royal Tower. The room was very clean and well-equipped. It had two very comfortable queen beds, a small fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, and a dining area with a table for six. The only downside of my stay was the sofa bed – it was in terrible condition, with springs poking through and very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this made it a bad sleeping experience for my son. Aside from that, the room was excellent. The hotel offers its own parking lot, and you can park yourself without needing a reservation, which was very convenient. There are two pools – a large one and a smaller one for kids. The smaller pool is heated, and the larger pool had pleasantly warm water, perfect for this time of year when the weather is not very hot. There’s also a hot tub, which was a nice bonus. The property has a café and ice cream shop on-site, which was very good. One of the best perks of this hotel is that they provide beach chairs and umbrellas at no extra cost. The hotel staff is stationed right on the beach in front of the property and will set up as many chairs and umbrellas as you need. This is such a great service since you don’t have to worry about carrying anything to the beach yourself. Overall recommend it.

The service at the restaurant was horrible 0/10 they do not care about their customers, we waited 30 minutes to get a server and served water only and left never came back so we left, tried to give them an opportunity the next day we waited for 30 mins again. The Ice machine on the second floor the aluminum top part fell on me when I push the button to get Ice (There was no Ice) so irresponsible and unprofessional!!!

Second visit to madison. When we came last year during renovations staff was much more accommodating. Hole were the ac was supposed to be in our room was covered with unfinished spackel and tape. In its place was noisy portable ac unit in its place. for 600 a night is def unacceptable. We had rooms at both hotels for us and family that we stayed in. Both safes didnt open one room they came and fixed second never showed up. The amenities are beatiful, shuttle and location are great. Front desk staff leaves much to be desired. Lack of communication before and after arrival. Even when something was brought to they’re attention basically got an eye roll and told they would send an email. Sorry we wont be back after this visit.
