The bright, clean and comfortable apartment is only 2 blocks from the beautiful Wildwood Crest Beach. Ideally situated between the Crest Centennial Park and Crest Spray Ground Park, Playground and Sunrise Fitness Park. A short walk to bike rentals, the bike path and to the infamous Wildwood Boardwalk. The location is only a 10-minute drive to Cape May.

The apartment has a private entry, and the unit is attached to my home. Owners are on the premises.
The space
The cozy rental is a private 1-BR/1-BA apartment which accommodations 4 adults or 2 adults with 2 children with a Queen bed in the bedroom and a Queen platform sofa bed.

The unit has a private entry, full kitchen with essentials, filtered water and ice, washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, AC unit, 1 dedicated off street parking spot close to to the entry of the apartment.

All linens are provided. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for your convenience.

As a courtesy I offer a welcome basket with snacks, coffee, tea and bottled water. To make your trip to the beach easy I offer beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels. Additionally, I offer games, puzzles and books for rainy days.

Guest access
Guests have a private entry along the side of the house. The dedicated parking spot is located near the entry. There is a ring camera and a lock box to access the keys.
One off street parking space is available for use.
This is first floor apartment, but unfortunately the unit is not handicap accessible. There is no access to the rear of the property.

Other things to note
The rental is attached to my home but is a private unit.

I have friendly dogs on the property that do not have access to my guests or the apartment. You do not have to be concerned about interacting with them.

Smoking/Vaping is strictly prohibited inside the rental unit.
