The pet-friendly accommodation features a spacious living room with patio doors leading to the enclosed terrace. On the same floor you will find the well-equipped kitchen, for preparing your favourite dishes. On the first floor are the 3 spacious bedrooms and the bathroom with bathtub. Let the holidays begin!

Step out your front door and you are right in the lively heart of Niederau, a village where family-friendliness and a rich choice of activities come together. Here, amid cosy restaurants, your holiday adventure really begins. With just a few steps you reach the ski lifts that take you to the snowy slopes of the ski area, while the free ski bus takes you effortlessly to the other slopes in the Wildschönau.

A world of snow fun awaits in Niederau's ski centre, the Markbachjoch. From gentle beginner slopes to challenging longer runs, and of course the breathtaking Hochberg descent for the daredevils. Also, don't forget to explore the snowshoe hikes! And the little ones? They will enjoy the child-friendly slopes in the centre. Tobogganing fans, get ready for the exciting toboggan run at the Lanerköpfl chairlift.

Once the snow melts, Niederau reveals its summer beauty. Hiking, mountain biking, e-biking, swimming - it's all possible here. And for the daredevils in the sky: paragliding in the Wildschönau is an experience in itself. With 300 kilometres of hiking trails, every route guarantees a new adventure
