The detached vacation home is situated on a sunny western slope high above Unterwasser with a magnificent view of the striking Churfirsten peaks and Obertoggenburg.
The accommodation has a total living area of 100 m2, is comfortably furnished and equipped with central heating. 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes offer space for 6 people. The living/dining room with open fireplace, TV, radio and Internet connection (WLAN) promises convivial get-togethers and evenings. The functional kitchen has plenty of crockery, cutlery, raclette and fondue utensils, a ceramic hob, oven, large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster.
There is plenty of garden furniture and a barbecue for relaxing on the large terrace, from which you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains.
Furthermore, a washing tower with washing machine/tumbler and an additional heated room can be used for various purposes.
The house has a single garage and outdoor parking.
The valley stations of the mountain railroads in Wildhaus and Unterwasser as well as shopping facilities can be reached in around 2.5 km.
